We have been on this path together for almost 20 years. From the very first moment, the search for truth and fulfilment was the most important thing for us. We loved caring for our bodies and for emotional release from traumatic experiences, exploring love and sexuality, and immersing ourselves in the world of touch and healing. For many years we travelled the world to train with the best teachers in bodywork, the art of healing, and deep letting go through various forms of conscious touch.

During that time we gave thousands of individual sessions in our practice and loved passing on the healing we had experienced ourselves. Therapeutic groups, emotional breathwork and meditation were another important building block of our own path, and we wove them into our work. Out of this, many group and therapy processes that we developed ourselves came into being, through which we have accompanied hundreds of people. For more than 10 years we have been holding the popular Coming Home Retreats several times a year in Italy and Switzerland. They have given rise to so much healing, to friendships and to genuine seekers of truth.

During this time, as our personal transformation continued as well, our interest in awakening and in a down-to-earth spirituality grew ever stronger, and we felt a longing to explore these themes more deeply. Many journeys to sacred places, Satsangs and spiritual teachers supported us in the process of awakening.

After our own awakening in 2014, one journey came to an end and a new one began. Our daughter Khaleesi was born, and we were blessed to experience a wonderful, lively patchwork family.

The radical shift in perception we had experienced was tested in real life. The painful loss of Kareem's son Arjun gave our life yet another turn and a new depth. The separation between the spiritual and sacred on the one hand and so-called normal life on the other is disappearing more and more in our lives. We take every feeling, every life situation, every trauma, every point of view as a door opener to reveal the depth of our true nature and of life as a whole.

In our Satsangs, online talks and encounters with interested people, we help many to go beyond the world of the mind and to live their lives honestly, authentically and connected.

Our message is becoming ever clearer and more unique in its expression. We speak a different and new language, point to different things than many well-known spiritual teachers, and live our uniqueness.

We have been fulfilled for a long time, and yet the journey goes on.
