Fear

Hand in Hand with Fear
Fear is one of our strongest basic feelings, and a powerful driving force – or a powerful "brake" – in our lives and in our thinking. Fear is a feeling we would love to get rid of, and we have developed countless avoidance strategies so that we don't have to feel it, or so that we can keep it under control.
Often it is so hidden and disguised that we don't even recognize or sense it. It is woven into our thinking, feeling and acting, keeping us isolated and separate – but supposedly safe. To this imagined or forced safety we sacrifice our aliveness and the courage to live our true and free impulses.
Fear paralyzes us in so many areas: in our relationships with others, in our sexuality, in the choice of our work, in where and how we live, in our eating habits, in our happiness, in our sleep, in our spirituality, in sports and leisure activities.
It is no coincidence that anxiety disorders and illnesses are increasing worldwide. Because it is precisely this unhealthy identification with fear, and the constant wanting to get rid of it, that gives energetic food to the feeling and to our thinking about it.
It is time to approach this fear with awake and clear exploration.
True intimacy and lived oneness and freedom are only possible when we find peace with fear. Then we can take fear by the hand and allow it to appear in its own time, to be perceived and to dissolve.
Integrate fear into your life and come really close to it, until it reveals its intelligence to you. Feel it, tremble and breathe the fear until you realize that you were never trapped in it.
Take fear by the hand and let it learn to be here, to expand and to dissolve into the infinite power of the freedom of life.
If you need help with this, we are here for you

Embark on this adventure – take fear by the hand, and the unbelievable becomes possible.
Love,
