Meditation

True meditation is the direct experience of reality – not daydreaming! When you dream while meditating, you can experience endless worlds. You can see balls of light before your eyes, experience kundalini energy, resolve karmic entanglements, meet your higher self, talk with God or dance a little dance with the devil – but clarity will never appear this way.
If you are thirsting for clarity and truth, it's better to open your eyes when you meditate and relax into reality. You don't need to create or subtract absolutely anything with your thinking in order to meditate. Meditation is not there to solve your problems or traumas. It is not an escape or a rescue from life, but the direct, clear experience of what is.
This "being here" is not a focusing of perception on the now, but a dissolving of the one who perceives. It is a natural allowing of the living clarity of our true nature to appear. Meditation is an exploration of life itself, in which the observer or meditator reveals itself as an illusion.
In this recognition, "truly being here" is the only reality and the liberation from the cage of thoughts.
